Daniel Frank Lopez

Born and raised in Miami Florida, Daniel Frank Lopez is a partner at MLG Business Litigation Group, whose primary practice focuses on business litigation. While at the MLG Business Litigation Group, Mr. Lopez has overseen and litigated a wide variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, and shareholder disputes. Mr. Lopez attended Florida State University where he graduated in just three years while pursuing a double major in Finance and Real Estate.

While attending St. Thomas University School of Law, Mr. Lopez earned a Merit Scholarship while making the dean’s list for 5 consecutive semesters. During this time, Mr. Lopez was a legal intern for the Honorable Federal Magistrate Andrea M. Simonton. After graduating Cum Laude from law school, Mr. Lopez honed his legal skills at a boutique law firm focusing on Federal criminal defense matters.
